History

Benedetto Elia, called Paitin, bought a farmhouse near Neive in 1796; the Pasquero-Elia family have made Barbaresco from the Serraboella ever since, bottling the Sori Paitin from 1893.

Over about seventeen hectares they make the Barbaresco Sori Paitin, including a Vecchie Vigne Riserva.
