Art. 3: the geographically-defined 'Gallura' — the whole territory of 22 comuni of the former province of Olbia-Tempio (now Sassari/Nuoro) + Viddalba (Sassari). Geometry = comune-union of all 23 whole comuni (openpolis WGS84, 287.511 ha), the granite NE corner of Sardinia.
