Sommariva

History

Sommariva is a family Prosecco house at San Pietro di Feletto, in the heart of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene hills of Treviso.

Caterino Sommariva and his wife Urbana, both from winegrowing families, bought their first land here in the late 1970s; the modern winery and the Sommariva brand followed with their daughter Cinzia in the late 1990s.

It works only its own fruit - about 50 hectares of Glera - for elegant sparkling wines in the Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG and the broader Prosecco DOC.
