History
Silvano Follador and his sister Alberta founded the estate in 2002 at Follo di Santo Stefano di Valdobbiadene, near Cartizze, on vineyards inherited from their grandparents.
They moved to organic and then biodynamic farming from 2005, letting the grass grow and using mainly copper and sulphur.
Today they make essentially one wine, a Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Brut Nature with no residual sugar.
