History
Edi Kante founded his winery in 1980 at Duino Aurisina after falling for the Carso, and was among the first to bottle Karst wines.
He dug a cellar 15 metres deep on several levels into the natural rock to hold ideal temperature and humidity.
A champion of native Vitovska, Malvasia and Teran while also refining international varieties.
