- Greco Bianco≥95% Greco bianco, dried for passito.
Art. 2: Greco di Bianco is made from Greco bianco ≥95%. A sweet passito (straw wine) from dried grapes at the toe of Calabria — one of Italy's oldest sweet wines, from the Bianco/Casignana area (its name from the town of Bianco, not the colour).
Viticulture
Art. 4: grapes are dried (appassimento) for the passito; yields not transcribed as scalar.
