History
Gianfranco Manca, a baker who took over his uncle's Sardinian-bread bakery, recovered near-abandoned family vine plots around Nurri at the end of the 1980s — hence 'Pane-vino' (bread and wine).
From 2005 he began commercialising radically natural wines, bottled without fining, filtration or added sulphur.
His wines change stylistically each year, with a new name and label every vintage.
