History
La Piotta was founded at Montalto Pavese in 1985 by Luigi, on old hill vineyards including a Pinot Grigio plot from 1930.
It makes about 70,000 bottles, above all the Pinot Nero of the Oltrepo, and has been vegan-certified since 2015.
